“Bechtle’s own AI chatbot has been trained to provide employees with instant, accurate answers to a whole host of questions and also helps with reporting, customer service and IT support. With iron-clad data protection and Open Data Protocol, it can access Microsoft data and SAP systems and control 400 interfaces, while TruthGuard technology ensures consistent and reliable data quality.”

Logistics & Service
“When enquiries are sent to the central Logistics & Service division, we use an AI-backed routing model for ticket classification. Incoming tickets are automatically sorted by request type and subject category before being assigned to the right team. This means that only a fraction of the tickets has to be processed manually, making the process much more efficient, which ultimately means customer queries are answered much faster.”

Microsoft Copilot
“Some 5,000 colleagues tested the AI assistant integrated into Word, Excel and Teams and were particularly impressed by its ability to automatically generate meeting minutes, document summaries and data analyses in real time. Using simple prompts, users can compose e-mails and put together strategy papers. By testing MS Copilot, we were able to gain experience and expand our consulting expertise, which immediately paid off in customer projects.”
