Interim Report as at 30 June 2026

The Bechtle Group takes a long-term approach to strategy and governance. As a result, the opportunities and risks anticipated for the coming months are largely unchanged from the disclosures published in the Annual Report 2025. The IT market remains challenging, as strong demand for memory chips continues to push up prices, particularly for servers, storage and PCs. While we do not currently see significant supply shortages for most products, there is still a risk that availability may become constrained. Overall, however, the first half of the year shows that Bechtle is managing these challenging conditions well. Against the backdrop of the overall economic situation, the European Commission revised its autumn 2025 projections for the German and European economies downward in its Spring 2026 Economic Forecast. Germany’s digital industry association Bitkom also slightly reduced its forecast for the German IT market, while its French counterpart Numeum significantly lowered its forecast for the French market. Nevertheless, the overall expectation for the current year remains positive. Based on the current assessment, Bechtle’s risk profile is not expected to change significantly over the course of 2026.
