The scope of consolidation comprises Bechtle AG, Neckarsulm, and all subsidiaries which it controls. Bechtle AG directly or indirectly holds all interests and voting rights in all consolidated companies, with the exception of Planet AI GmbH. Planet AI GmbH, which was accounted for as a joint venture using the equity method in 2023, was included in the scope of consolidation as of 30 June 2024. Bechtle holds 51% of the interests and voting rights in this company.
